Account & Data Deletion

This page explains how BUXY DIGITAL users can request deletion of their account and associated personal data.

How to request deletion

  1. Send an account-deletion request using the BUXY DIGITAL Contact page.
  2. Use the same email address associated with your BUXY DIGITAL account.
  3. Write “Delete my BUXY DIGITAL account” in your message and request deletion of the associated personal data.

Data covered by the request

After the account owner is verified, BUXY DIGITAL will delete or anonymize account information and user-associated project/request data that is no longer required to provide the service.

Data that may be retained

Limited records may be retained where required for legal, security, fraud-prevention, accounting, dispute-resolution, or regulatory obligations. Any retained information is kept only for the period required for those purposes and is not kept as an active user account.

Partial data deletion

If you want specific personal data removed without deleting your whole account, use the same Contact page and clearly identify the data you want deleted.
